Job summary

Morrisons is recruiting a Warehouse & FLT Key Operative to join our Bridgwater distribution site. You’ll be trained to handle inbound goods, stock picking, replenishment, put-away, forklift driving, and loading despatch-ready orders.

You’ll work safely under food and health and safety policies to keep products in the best condition for customers. All roles involve weekend rotas and occasional shift times; owning transport helps due to site location.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is desirable.
• Capable of working in varying temperatures, noisy or dusty settings.
• Team player who takes pride in completing tasks to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Receive products and bring them into the warehouse.
• Pick stock and replenish and put away goods.
• Drive a forklift truck and load stock for despatch.
• Maintain safety and product quality in line with policies.

More about the role

As a Warehouse & FLT Key Operative you'll be absolutely critical to the operation! You'll be supported and trained up to do a variety of warehouse tasks, such as bringing products in, picking stock, replenishing and putting away goods, driving a forklift truck and loading stock for despatch.

You'll work safely and carefully, with food and health and safety policies in mind every day, so that our products are looked after and arrive in the best condition at the store ready for our customers.

Please note that:

• All rotas include an element of weekend working
• Having your own transport would be advantageous due to shift times and location of site
