Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant (TA)

Teach Now is working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Enfield to recruit a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to support targeted intervention and SEN provision on a part-time, temporary basis.

The Role:

This part-time role will involve:

1. Supporting pupils across Key Stage 2, particularly those who require additional help in literacy and numeracy.
2. Delivering booster groups and tailored interventions under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO.
3. Assisting pupils with special educational needs to access the curriculum and develop confidence.
4. Providing in-class support and promoting positive behaviour and engagement.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with Key Stage 2 pupils.

• Knowledge of interventions and strategies for supporting SEN learners.

• A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
