Job summary

Qualifications

• QTS or pending QTS.

• Current DBS or willing to obtain via Connex.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging KS2 lessons across Yeovil and surrounding areas.
• Adapt teaching to meet diverse pupil needs and abilities.
• Collaborate with school staff to support pupil progress.
• Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback.

Person Specification

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS


• Recent teaching experience or placements within Key Stage 2 settings


• Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies

• Excellent communication skills and a positive, flexible attitude


• Current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for a new one through Connex Education
