Connex Education is recruiting Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for immediate starts and September 2026 in Taunton. The role is within a respected Multi Academy Trust across the Southwest, offering supportive leadership, wellbeing emphasis, and opportunities to progress.
We offer a competitive daily PAYE rate, access to a Classroom Teacher Toolkit with 70+ courses, wellbeing support, and a pathway to further qualifications. Some placements run through to Christmas or into July 2027.
Location: Taunton
Salary: £140 – £170 per day(depending on experience and qualifications)
Start Date: Immediate starts and September 2026

Many of the schools have strong links to their local communities and place a high emphasis on wellbeing, collaboration, and high-quality teaching and learning
Some placements may be day to day, some run through until Christmas, while others could continue for the full academic year ending in July 2027.
