Location: Watford
Salary: £150 - £210 per day (Dependent on Experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, Long Term
Start Date: September 2025

They are currently seeking a passionate Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team for a long-term role starting in September.

The Role:
As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that support all learners to make progress. You will create a positive classroom environment, promote high standards of learning and behaviour, and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and effective approach across the phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering creative, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all pupils
• Assessing and monitoring student progress, and providing targeted feedback
• Creating a supportive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Promoting positive behaviour and fostering a love of learning
• Collaborating with other staff on planning, assessments, and school initiatives
• Engaging with parents and carers to support pupils' learning and development
• Contributing to the wider school community and attending relevant meetings and events

What We're Looking For:

• QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching in a Key Stage 2 setting
• A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for teaching and learning
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
