Pertemps Education is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lower Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a friendly and inclusive mainstream primary school in Acton this September. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire pupils in Years 3 or 4 and become part of a supportive and forward-thinking school team. The position is offered as temporary to permanent or permanent for the right candidate.

• Pay: M1 – UPS3 (Dependent on Experience)
• Location: Acton
• Start Date: September
• Contract: Temp to Perm or Permanent
• Interview Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the Lower KS2 curriculum
2. Create a supportive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where all pupils feel valued
3. Promote positive behaviour and a strong classroom culture
4. Adapt teaching approaches to support children with SEN, EAL, and a range of learning styles
5. Assess and track pupil progress, using data to inform planning and interventions
6. Build positive relationships with colleagues, pupils, and parents
7. Take an active role in school life, including staff meetings, planning, and development opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in Lower Key Stage 2 (Year 3 or 4)
• Excellent classroom management and organisation skills
• A reflective and enthusiastic teaching style, with a passion for helping pupils thrive
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
