Inspire and Support Learners Throughout Key Stage 2A welcoming and supportive primary school in Northampton is seeking a Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis, with the opportunity to start as soon as possible or from October half term. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated teacher to join a positive school environment and play an important role in supporting pupils as they develop their knowledge, confidence, independence, and enthusiasm for learning throughout Key Stage 2.

The successful teacher will be expected to deliver engaging, well-structured lessons, create a positive classroom environment, and provide high expectations and effective support to ensure all pupils have the opportunity to achieve their potential.

Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Previous Key Stage 2 teaching experience is desirable
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum

• Ability to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
• A commitment to achieving positive outcomes for all pupils
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to build strong, positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
