Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting a dedicated KS2 Teacher for a primary school in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. The role is full-time and permanent with an immediate start and pays on the Main/Upper Pay Scale.

ECTs are encouraged to apply and will receive mentoring and support. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging KS2 lessons, adapt resources to diverse learners, and work closely with staff, pupils, and families to raise attainment.

Qualifications

• Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 is desirable but not essential.
• Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
• Demonstrate confident classroom management and communication skills.
• Build positive and respectful relationships with pupils.
• Organised, adaptable and enthusiastic about teaching.
• Commitment to supporting pupils with SEND and different learning needs.
• Understanding safeguarding and pupil welfare.
• ECTs are encouraged to apply and will receive appropriate support and mentoring.

Are you an enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teacher looking for a new opportunity where you can make a genuine difference to pupils?

We are working with a welcoming primary school in Market Harborough that is seeking a committed KS2 Teacher to join their team immediately.

The school is looking for a teacher who can bring energy, creativity, and high expectations to the classroom while supporting pupils to achieve both academically and personally. This is a full-time, permanent position, and ECTs are encouraged to apply.

The Role
