Job summary

Three R's Teacher Recruitment is seeking an confident Upper Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a friendly primary school on the outskirts of Ashford, covering two days per week (Thursdays and Fridays) until the end of the academic year. You will deliver engaging Upper KS2 lessons, maintain high expectations, manage behaviours, and build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

The role offers pro rata M3 pay, weekly pay, and a supportive consultant from Three R's.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent recognized within the UK
• Experience teaching KS2, ideally Years 5 and 6
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Willingness to commit to Thursdays and Fridays
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to obtain one

Looking for a part-time teaching role in a welcoming village school? We are seeking a confident Upper Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a friendly primary school on the outskirts of Ashford, covering two days a week on Thursdays and Fridays. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher looking for a consistent part-time commitment within a close-knit school community, with an immediate start available through to the end of the academic year.

The ideal Key Stage 2 Teacher will:

• Deliver engaging lessons to pupils in Upper Key Stage 2
• Maintain high expectations for learning, behaviour and achievement
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities
• Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents
• Contribute to the supportive ethos of the school

Key Stage 2 Teacher requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or similar recognised within the UK
• Experience teaching within primary schools, ideally across Years 5 and 6
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to commit to Thursdays and Fridays
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
