Are you a skilled Key Stage 2 Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for a varied role supporting older primary pupils across Rotherham?

Academics, an established Education Agency, are acting as an agency and are recruiting Key Stage 2 Higher Level Teaching Assistants for temporary, ongoing supply work across primary schools in Rotherham.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who can confidently support pupils in Years 3 to 6, deliver planned learning and help keep lessons on track. Position: Key Stage 2 Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Pay: £100 - £140 per day (dependent on experience, training, qualifications and client rate available, paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees, inclusive of holiday pay)

About the Role

As a Key Stage 2 Higher Level Teaching Assistant in Rotherham, you will support learning across Years 3, 4, 5 and 6. Depending on the school, you may lead pre-prepared lessons, work with small groups or deliver interventions to help pupils strengthen their understanding.

The role may also involve supporting classroom organisation, encouraging positive behaviour and helping pupils prepare for the transition to secondary education. Duties will depend on the requirements of each Rotherham school.
