Randstad UK is seeking a dedicated Key Stage 1 1:1 Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Warrington. The role focuses on providing tailored 1:1 support to a KS1 student, collaborating with the teacher to deliver personalised plans and monitoring progress daily.

You will help maintain an inclusive, safe learning environment, support social and emotional development, and liaise with staff to ensure consistent progress and engagement throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in educational or nursery settings is desirable.
• A patient, proactive and empathetic approach to supporting diverse learning needs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Relevant childcare or education qualifications (e.g., Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools).
• A commitment to safeguarding and health and safety standards.
