The Role

You'll work across

four supported accommodation sites in Westminster, providing person-centred support that helps residents build confidence, maintain their accommodation, and move towards greater independence.

  • Deliver one-to-one support and regular key work sessions

  • Promote recovery, wellbeing, and independent living
  • Support residents to access healthcare, benefits, employment, training, and community services
