Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is recruiting for a Key Worker in Westminster, London, to provide person-centred support across four supported accommodation sites. The role focuses on residents building confidence, sustaining accommodation, and progressing toward greater independence.

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week, with no evenings or weekend shifts. Interviews and start dates are planned for early September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one support and regular key work sessions

• Support residents to access healthcare, benefits, employment, training, and community services
• Work closely with mental health teams, probation, substance misuse services, and other partner agencies
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to positive outcomes for residents
