Job summary

Kurt Geiger is seeking passionate retail colleagues to deliver exceptional service and promote the brand across our London stores. Our teams ensure a warm welcome, guide clients to products, and maintain stock and store standards with pride.

You will open/close tills, support promotions, and participate in loyalty programs, all while upholding uniform standards and delivering a premium customer experience. Excellent fashion awareness and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver exceptional service
• Open and close the till system in the absence of senior management
• Welcome clients and guide them to products to meet their needs
• Efficiently manage stock by pair checking and organizing the stockroom
• Maintain tidy shop floor and replenish stock to uphold standards
• Support management toward individual and team sales targets
• Explain Kurt Geiger loyalty programs and encourage participation
• Assist in planning and running promotional activities
• Be a brand ambassador by following uniform standards and training
