Job summary

L’Occitane en Provence in London is seeking a Beauty Host to welcome guests and deliver personalised beauty experiences in a luxury retail setting. You will share product knowledge, perform demonstrations, and contribute to a premium guest journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, beauty, hospitality, or guest-centric environments preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and storytelling abilities to represent the brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experience, warmly welcome guests, provide personalised beauty advice, and create memorable moments.
• Develop expertise in L’Occitane products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces per standards.
• Meet targets through product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
• Master POS and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.
• Collaborate effectively and share knowledge with the team.
• Assist with opening/closing the boutique when required.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional guest experience: welcome every guest warmly, provide personalised beauty advice, and deliver signature precious moments like hand massages and beauty consultations.

• Develop and share expertise in L’Occitane en Provence products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.

• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.

• Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.

• Master Point Of Sales (POS) and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.

• Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.

• Support the management team with opening and closing the boutique, when required.
