Job summary

Crew Clothing Company is looking for a DescriptionKey Holder - Part Time 12 hours per week with keyholder responsibilities. You will drive sales by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining impeccable store standards and helping to create a welcoming, premium shopping environment that reflects our south coast heritage.

You will communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, handle transactions with care, and support stock replenishment and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and proactive in helping customers
• Strong communication skills for customer and team interaction
• Experience in the retail industry, ideally in fashion or luxury brands
• Desirable familiarity with luxury fashion brand environments

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store
