Job summary

Crew Clothing Company is seeking a part-time Key Holder to help drive sales by delivering outstanding customer service and upholding store standards. The role is 12 hours per week with keyholder responsibilities in our Lancashire store.

You will assist customers, process transactions, and promote our multi-channel shopping options while maintaining an inviting atmosphere. Retail experience and a passion for fashion are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and stock availability

• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store
