Job summary

Talentmark are recruiting a Key Accounts Manager to join a nationwide Waste Management and Recycling solutions provider on a full-time, permanent basis. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all client communication and ensuring service consistency.

Based in South Yorkshire, you will monitor accounts for risk, identify growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling, and work closely with clients to understand

• Experience developing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Key Accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all client communication.
• Support client retention through ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and service consistency.
• Monitor accounts for risk and take proactive action where required.
• Identify account growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling of services.
