Job Title: Senior Credit Controller

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage key strategic relationships related to debt both internally and externally.
2. Lead debt reviews with Key Accounts.
3. Visit customer premises with other key stakeholders across the business.
4. Manage large, complex data requirements and reconciliations.
5. Monitor debt collection activities to ensure compliance with terms.
6. Resolve queries in a timely manner.
7. Perform ad hoc duties, including reporting, data analysis, and reviewing trends and patterns.

The Successful Candidate

The ideal Key Accounts Credit Controller will have:

• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of credit control processes and principles.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Sage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
