• Manage and coordinate a dynamic customer order book.
• Provide daily communication and updates to the customer.
• Monitor priorities and support urgent customer requests.
• Liaise with production, planning, quality and logistics teams.
• Prepare accurate customer reports and written updates.
• Build strong working relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels.
• Provide professional support via telephone, email, Microsoft Teams and face-to-face meetings when required.
