Job summary

Formed UK is recruiting a Key Account Manager for Lincoln, LN3 4NL. The role supports growth within a dedicated territory, building relationships with existing customers and identifying new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, including telephone and video conferencing.
• Proven prospecting, cold calling and appointment booking experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel for data analysis.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts and identify opportunities to increase spend.
• Develop long-term relationships to improve loyalty and profitability.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to meet area targets.
• Identify and secure new business via telephone, email and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Analyse customer data to identify growth opportunities and address declines.
