Due to growth, the Key Account team is looking for an additional member to join the business. As markets shift and the client portfolio expands, the business seeks a driven strategic account manager to support these new accounts. The role requires being in the office 4 days a week, especially when meeting clients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and retention targets.
- Foster and maintain effective relationships across all levels of client organisations.
- Identify and leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure timely and profitable contract management and account performance.
