About The Job:
We are looking for a driven and proactive individual to join our team, focusing on account management of an existing client base, maximizing these existing relationships, whilst ensuring significant focus on winning and developing new accounts. As a strong candidate for the position, you will be an outstanding relationship builder with the ability to identify opportunities in every situation, driving increase in the distribution of both our premium portfolio and of course, Lacons own brand products.
Role: Regional Account Manager
Location:Geographical area, based from home – London
Package:Dependent upon experience + Performance related bonus, company pension, Laptop, printer, Company mobile phone
Contracted Hours:40 hours per week basic, flexible working required to meet business needs including occasional evenings.
Primary purpose of the role: To profitably gain, manage and develop an existing on-trade client base whilst maximizing opportunity for new revenue and supporting the wider business goals
What you’ll be doing:
·Maintain and develop existing and new relationships through selling appropriate brands and categories via ethical sales methods, alongside relevant liaison with internal teams to optimize the quality of service, growth of margin/turnover and ultimately customer satisfaction.
·Plan your travel and workload efficiently to achieve maximum productivity whilst in the field
·Utlise systems and reporting to ensure you maintain regular customer contact, identify change in ordering patterns and report accordingly, ensuring records are updated.
·Implement the company strategy focusing on up selling core and own brands at every opportunity
·Ensure you reply to incoming contact in a timely fashion to uphold service levels at all times.
·Actively encourage face to face interactions (both internal and external) presenting and promoting the company offering and ethos at all times to aid business development and security of trade.
·Support colleagues and other internal departments through positive communication, internal meetings and information sharing to better each other.
·Reside on or near to geographical territory and be prepared to travel as and when required for the duties of the position. This may mean cross working with colleagues across East Anglia.
·Prepared to work additional, occasional hours across some evenings and weekend’s as and when the business demands.
·Preferably you will posses experience from within a Sales, Customer service or FMCG background
·A confident and outgoing personality is essential
·You should possess a driven, logical approach with open/friendly communication and presentation skills
·Full clean driving license.
·Access to your own, roadworthy vehicle to carry out your duties.
·Basic/technical IT/computing skills (full training on internal systems will be provided)
Qualifications:
·GCSE or equivalent is desirable and/or relevant experience to the role.

·Able to demonstrate high levels of persistence, resilience and be results orientated.
·High levels of passion, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
·Good attention to detail with the ability to apply the correct solution to the right situation.
·Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan your workload effectively.
·Be a confident listener with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust across all levels
