Due to growth, the Key Account team is looking for an additional team member. As markets shift and the client portfolio increases, the business seeks a driven strategic account manager to support these accounts. The role requires being in the office 4 days a week, if not meeting clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and retention targets.
  • Foster and maintain effective relationships across all levels of client organizations.
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and profitable contract management and account performance.
