Job summary

4Way Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Account Manager in the fire protection sector, based near Kettering. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, driving maintenance, upgrades and new installations while ensuring compliance with fire safety legislation.

The role offers a basic salary of £30,000 with an uncapped commission structure and a vehicle provided, plus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. National travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, business development or CRM.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
• Desirable: experience in fire protection or fire safety.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with existing customers as their trusted advisor and main contact.
• Win contract growth across maintenance, servicing, remedial works, system upgrades and new installations.
• Run regular account reviews covering service performance, compliance requirements and future opportunities.
• Keep an active sales pipeline and deliver against monthly, quarterly and annual revenue, margin and activity targets.
• Provide accurate weekly forecasts, pipeline updates and account performance reports.
• Develop strategic account plans to support long-term customer growth.
• Support contract negotiations, renewals and pricing discussions.
• Attend customer meetings, site visits and presentations to promote the company's services.
