VANRATH has partnered with an ambitious jewellery company that is rapidly expanding its international presence. The organisation is recruiting for a Key Account Manager to oversee their key accounts.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual in operations to join a longstanding company offering many routes for progression.

The Account Manager will help grow the top accounts during an exciting expansion stage.

Hours

Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Office-based)

£30,000 - £32,000 basic wage + bonus plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and foster long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Manage the assigned budget and drive growth for your accounts
  • Provide regular feedback to management regarding budgets
  • Design and implement strategies to improve profitability across accounts
  • Support planning with sales forecasts to ensure timely deliveries
  • Work with customers to maintain optimal stock levels in stores
  • Analyse competitor products, pricing, and unique offerings; suggest improvements
  • Coordinate with the team on new product launches, promotions, and POS materials
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports to sales and senior management
  • Plan regular customer visits across the UK

The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 2 years of experience managing accounts or in B2B sales
  • Strong numerical skills and trend analysis abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment, identifying problems and solutions quickly
  • Sound decision-making and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and build effective relationships
