Qualifications

  • Successful pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience within secondary care.
  • Strong understanding of NHS structures and healthcare decision-making.
  • Experience engaging customers beyond traditional sales conversations.
  • Ability to work autonomously and thrive within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong account management, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Experience of product launch activity would be highly advantageous.
  • ABPI qualification and a full UK driving licence.

UK Field Based | Specialist Care | New Product Launch

Are you looking for a genuine launch opportunity where you can help shape strategy, build market presence and make a measurable impact from day one?

We're partnering with an innovative, growth-focused biopharmaceutical company preparing for the launch of a specialist medicine within a high-value disease area. As part of a newly formed UK team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving market access, customer engagement and adoption across key healthcare stakeholders.

This is a rare opportunity to join a lean, entrepreneurial organisation where individual contribution is highly visible and success is built through collaboration, accountability and execution.

The Opportunity

As a Key Account & Access Manager, you'll operate across both commercial and access environments, partnering with healthcare professionals, provider organisations, Integrated Care Boards and wider NHS stakeholders to support appropriate patient access and adoption.

You'll take ownership of a strategic territory, developing and implementing account plans, identifying opportunities to improve patient pathways and working cross-functionally to deliver meaningful outcomes for both customers and patients.

Key Responsibilities
