British Red Cross is seeking a Key Accounts Executive to be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls and emails while coordinating workflows and third‑party needs. You will provide administrative and analytical support to improve processes and maintain up‑to‑date CRM data.
The role offers hybrid working with 2 days per week at our Salford/Manchester office, and you will collaborate with colleagues to drive excellent service, share feedback, and support ongoing training
Location: Manchester (Hybrid - 2 days per week at our Salford office)
Salary: £24,479 per annum
Hours: 35 per week (Monday - Friday)
