Qualifications

• Previous experience in a school setting delivering lessons or managing groups of students.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to provide references covering the last two years.
• Professional, reliable and flexible approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons using pre-prepared materials provided by the school.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Support students with learning and maintain engagement throughout lessons.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson outcomes and student progress.
• Adapt confidently to different school environments and year groups.
• Work across a variety of secondary schools throughout Kent.
