Job summary

Philosophy Education LTD. is seeking Cover Teachers to support secondary schools in Gravesend. This role offers full-time or part-time opportunities, with weekly pay and flexible assignments across KS3/KS4.

You will supervise pre-planned lessons, manage behaviour and support diverse learning needs while building relationships with students and staff across a welcoming network of schools.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree (BA, BSc or equivalent).
• A passion for working with young people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills.
