Job summary

Teaching Personnel in Kent is seeking experienced Cover Supervisors to deliver pre-planned lessons across a network of partner schools. Roles available on daily supply and long-term placements, offering flexibility to fit your availability and career goals.

You will deliver lessons, manage student behaviour, support learning, and provide feedback to staff. Applicants should be comfortable travelling across Kent and possess relevant school experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering pre-planned lessons to groups of students.
• Ability to manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons using pre-prepared materials provided by the school.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Support students with their learning and maintain engagement throughout lessons.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson outcomes and student progress.
• Adapt confidently to different school environments and year groups.
• Work across a variety of secondary schools throughout Kent.
