Job summary

Ethos is seeking policy analysts with 5+ years of experience in government or public administration to train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create and refine policy briefing memos, interagency coordination reports, and grant compliance narratives for agency budgets.

The role offers flexible remote engagement, 5–20 hours per week, with an ASAP start. Compensation is $70 per hour for highly skilled contributors working across core public-sector

Qualifications

• 5+ years in government agencies or public administration with ownership of policy briefing memos and grant compliance packages
• Strong command of public-sector writing conventions, rulemaking procedures, and appropriations narratives
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (policy memos, interagency coordination, program status reports)
• Prepare grant compliance packages and reporting narratives
• Draft and refine policy briefing memos for agency leadership and constituent communications
