The Growth Company's (GC)Justice Services is looking for Justice Case Workers to provide rehabilitation and Employment Training and Education support within theCreating Future Opportunities (CFO) Evolution Programme.
CFO Evolution provides tailored support for offenders, especially those who are disadvantaged, struggle to engage with mainstream services, face barriers to community reintegration, and lack essential life and functional skills needed by employers. This voluntary program includes through-the-gate elements to ensure comprehensive support not fully covered by existing initiatives.
You'll be dual-trained as a Justice Case Worker and Activity Facilitator, offering advice, guidance, coaching, mentoring, and support through regular 1:1 meetings and group sessions. To read more about this programme, please visit: HMPPS Creating Future Opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
· Identify learning needs and create action plans.
· Build supportive relationships with participants.
· Record activities and progress on the CRM system.
· Support participants in implementing future actions.
· Facilitate group learning to improve communication, social interaction, and employability.
About You:
· Experience working with offenders or marginalised individuals.
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
· High-level guidance skills for one-to-one and group sessions at least Grade 2 standard.
· Warm, empathetic, and able to build rapport with participants.
Skills Required:
· Desired: Information, Advice and Guidance, and/or teaching qualifications.
· Experience supporting individuals' progression.
· Understanding of offender rehabilitation and desistance theory.
· Knowledge of National Probation Services or HM Prison environments and local/national training, education, and employment opportunities.
