Job Description

As a Remortgage Case Worker, you will manage your own caseload of Transfer of Equity Cases, dealing with technical and legal issues to reach resolutions quickly, ensuring a seamless process. You will oversee cases from instruction to sign-off, review files, and ensure targets are met. The role involves handling inbound and outbound correspondence, a high volume of calls and emails, and providing excellent client service at all times.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum of six months remortgage experience
• Experience with case management systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a busy environment and meet deadlines/targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
