Job summary

The Content Emporium in Bristol is seeking a junior Website & CRM Copywriter to join our Website & CRM team. You'll write and edit website copy and email campaigns, learning how SEO, audience insight and commercial objectives shape words.

This entry-level role is ideal for graduates or early-career writers who love language, with support from senior colleagues, flexible hybrid working, and the chance to work on campaigns for major UK brands.

Qualifications

Excellent written English with strong spelling, grammar and attention to detail.
A genuine love of writing and ability to make information clear and engaging.
Experience writing content (internship, placement, freelance, university project or similar) would help.
Ability to learn how content is uploaded and managed in CMS and email platforms.

Responsibilities

Write and edit website copy including articles, landing pages and promotional content to brief.
Edit and proofread existing website content.
Write email campaigns with subject lines, preview text and CTAs.
Support content planning, SEO, and CMS workflows with the CRM team.
Collaborate with designers, developers, SEO and account teams to maintain quality.
