Job summary

Merkle, a dentsu company, seeks a Digital Analytics Associate to join our growth‑focused Analytics team in London or Manchester. You will work with clients to measure digital performance, develop reports, and generate actionable insights that inform business decisions.

You will gain hands‑on experience with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio and BigQuery, while building consulting, problem‑solving and client management skills in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytics, data, digital marketing or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio.
• Ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Eagerness to develop expertise across analytics, measurement and reporting tech.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, configuration and ongoing management of digital analytics solutions.
• Work with platforms like Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio to support client measurement needs.
• Assist with tracking audits, data validation and quality assurance.
• Develop dashboards, reports and visualisations to help clients understand digital performance.
• Identify data quality issues and work with the team to troubleshoot and resolve them.
• Contribute to measurement strategies and analytics roadmaps for clients.
