As a Junior Video Producer based in our Leeds office, you’ll support the Video Producer in creating a wide range of content — from videos and animations to photography — for different audiences. You’ll get stuck into planning, filming, editing, and even live event support, all while developing your skills with professional equipment and software. This is a hybrid role, so you’ll have a mix of in-office collaboration and flexibility to work from home. Your Role

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Video Producer to bring creative ideas to life through video, animation, and photography. You’ll get hands-on experience with filming, editing, and post-production across a variety of projects, helping to set up and run shoots — managing everything from cameras and lighting to sound and direction. You’ll edit footage, add motion graphics, and ensure everything is polished, engaging, and on-brand. You’ll also support the creation of scripts and briefs with colleagues, and get involved in live video events like webinars and virtual keynotes. A key part of the role will be creating content that works across different platforms, including social media, websites, and internal channels. You’ll follow established content processes, keep projects organised, and make sure all content meets accessibility, legal, and data protection standards. Along the way, you’ll help report on how content is performing and contribute ideas for future projects — always looking for opportunities to tell powerful visual stories that support the charity’s mission.

About You

We’re looking for a Junior Video Producer who’s passionate about video production and eager to learn. You should have some experience with filming, editing, and working with video equipment, but most importantly, you should be excited to grow your creative skills. A keen eye for detail and a love for bringing ideas to life through video and photography is key. While experience with Premiere Pro and CapCut is desirable, we're open to your expertise with other editing tools and your enthusiasm to learn.
