You will work alongside senior technicians on modern German vehicles, developing expert skills in servicing, brakes, timing belts/chains, and diagnostics, while benefiting from a two‑man completion approach and a zero‑weekend, healthy work‑life balance.

Pay & Benefits

• Basic Salary: £31,000 – £35,000 basic per annum (Tailored salary scale aligned directly to your current experience) + £1,000 guaranteed Christmas bonus
• Hours & Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM – STRICTLY ZERO WEEKENDS (Reclaim every single weekend off)

• Workshop Scope: Servicing, brakes, fluid updates, timing belts/chains, and foundational diagnostic fault-finding across Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, and Škoda models

Role Overview

Seeking a Junior VAG Specialist Technician or Improver Mechanic with at least 6 months of hands‑on garage experience to work alongside senior technicians and develop expert‑level skills on modern German vehicles.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 6+ months of practical workshop experience carrying out basic servicing and mechanical repairs.
• Interest: Passion for German vehicles (VAG experience is a bonus, but strong basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn is key).
• Mindset: High commitment to quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and taking pride in customer vehicles.
• Essentials: Full UK driving licence & basic hand tools.
