Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD is seeking a Junior Van Technician for our Sittingbourne VW Van Centre. You will perform routine servicing, maintenance and basic diagnostics with paid 1-on-1 mentorship to master commercial EV tech.

We offer a £30,000–£45,000 basic salary per year with an uncapped monthly bonus (£300–£600+; realistic £55k–£60k OTE). Hours are Monday–Friday 7:00–16:30, with no weekend work, and ample training with VW academy and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of hands-on workshop experience in light vehicle or LCV servicing.
• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or equivalent time-served garage experience).
• Full UK driving licence and own hand tools.
• Desire to level up into a certified VAG Commercial Diagnostic Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, maintenance and repairs on vans.
• Gain paid 1-on-1 mentorship to master diagnostics and EV tech.
• Work within the VW Van Centre in Sittingbourne.

Role Overview

Seeking an ambitious Junior Van Technician, Improver Mechanic, or Early-Career LCV Specialist with at least 1 year of hands-on garage experience to join our busy Volkswagen Van Centre in Sittingbourne. Requirements
