Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Maidstone is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to service VAG group vehicles, specialising in timing belts/chains, diagnostics, and routine maintenance.

This role offers a guaranteed basic salary between £38,000 and £42,000 plus a £1,000 Christmas bonus, Monday to Friday hours with no weekends, 28 days holiday, pension, and access to a worker-friendly, non-corporate culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in diagnostic fault-finding, timing belts/chains, and core mechanical work.
• VAG specialist experience is a plus, NOT essential—solid mechanical skills matter most
• Quality-first mindset with high standards of workmanship
• Full UK driving licence
