We seek recent graduates with a degree in Architecture or Urban Design to assist with projects such as masterplanning and speculative housing.

The role offers the chance to work independently and closely with directors and the wider Urbanism team in Winchester.

Candidate Requirements

• Knowledge of CAD systems (preferably ArchiCAD; training provided)
• Understanding of masterplanning procedures
• Familiarity with traditional and classical architecture (advantageous)
• Ability to prepare sketches, working drawings, and presentation models
• Proficiency in CAD drawing for internal and external purposes
• Willingness to refine designs based on feedback, site context, and client needs
• Willingness to attend site visits for surveys and meetings
• Ability to assist with measured surveys and site reports

Qualifications Needed

• Degree or master's in urban design or architecture
• 0-3 years of experience (preferred)
