Job summary

Mileway, Europe’s leading owner and manager of last-mile logistics real estate, seeks a Transactions Finance Analyst to support acquisitions and strategic finance initiatives. Based at our London West End office with a three-days-in-office policy, you will collaborate with Finance, Property, IT, and external advisors to drive milestones and reporting.

The role demands strong project management, CA qualification (preferred), and excellent English communication in a fast-paced, ownership-driven

Qualifications

Experience managing multiple workstreams with attention to detail.
Full Chartered Accountant qualification desirable but not required.
At least three years post-qualified experience, from audit or industry with some exposure to transactions.
Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Lead coordination of multiple workstreams across finance, legal, operations, tax and external advisors.
Manage high-priority tasks within complex projects with many dependencies.
Ensure timely delivery of critical milestones under tight deadlines.
Maintain meticulous review and tracking of documentation.
Work with senior stakeholders, preparing updates and decision-support materials.
Operate across jurisdictions, aligning country-specific requirements.
Chair weekly calls to monitor progress and action points.
Assist other finance teams during quieter transaction periods.
