Mileway is seeking a Junior Transactions Analyst to join our Disposals team in London. You will help execute the disposal strategy across assets in the UK and Europe, gaining hands-on experience in the full sales process and in financial analysis, market research and stakeholder management.

You will develop strong numerical ability, attention to detail and clear communication, while learning from experienced colleagues and managing multiple priorities as we strengthen Mileway’s leading position

Qualifications

• Up to three years of relevant work experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Fluency in English with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Support the Disposals team in analysing and executing property sales across UK/Europe.
• Work with asset managers to identify disposal opportunities and prepare assets for sale.
• Manage multiple sales processes and keep transactions on track.
• Prepare real estate, financial and market analyses and reports.
