Job summary

Chair Capital Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Junior Analyst to join the Analysis and Operations team.

This generalist role spans the full transaction lifecycle from initial meeting through to capital deployment, working with senior colleagues on live deals. You will conduct sector and market research, assist with financial modelling and valuation, prepare investor decks, coordinate diligence, and contribute to Investment Committee materials while gaining hands-on portfolio monitoring

Qualifications

Up to 2 years of relevant experience or graduate with strong internships in finance/consulting.
2:1 or above; quantitative or commercial subjects are a plus.
Solid grounding in financial concepts and skills to develop modelling on the job.
Genuine interest in infrastructure, energy transition, or applied AI.
Attention to detail and ability to perform deep work on complex transactions.
Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

Sector and market research, including competitive analysis and demand modelling.
Assist with financial modelling, valuation work, and capital structure analysis.
Prepare investor decks and draft transaction documents.
Coordinate diligence across technical, legal, and commercial workstreams.
Contribute to Investment Committee materials and follow-up analysis.
Support portfolio monitoring and milestone tracking post-deployment.
