Qualifications

• 0–2 years' relevant experience in banking, advisory, or accounting.
• Strong academic record; degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; financial modelling coursework a plus.
• Highly numerate with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a lean team environment with significant early responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of M&A transactions across sell-side, buy-side, and advisory mandates.
• Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction comparables.
• Assist in preparing pitch books, information memoranda, and management presentations.
• Conduct sector, company, and market research to support origination and live deals.
• Support due diligence processes and data room management.
• Coordinate with clients, legal counsel, and other advisers under supervision of senior team members.
• Take on increasing responsibility for workstreams as experience grows.
