Job summary

Retail Insights, based in London, is seeking a Finance Junior to join our fast-growing team. You’ll gain substantial responsibility, own financial tasks, and work from our HQ at Buckingham Gate, Monday to Friday, onsite.

You will handle AP/AR, assist with budgets and monthly reports, and help implement new finance processes. The role requires a finance degree, 2+ years in finance, and a strong eye for detail in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Finance bachelor’s or master's degree with outstanding results.
• 2+ years of experience in finance.
• UK work permit.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Highly process oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Post daily transactions into Xero.
• Support budget trackers and cost reconciliations for conferences.
• Assist with monthly finance reports across the business.
• Contribute to ad-hoc finance projects and implement new processes.
