Flourish in Rusper, West Sussex is seeking a Graduate Trainee Account Executive to own the full sales journey with new SME customers. You’ll start conversations, build long-term relationships and develop your own sales pipeline, supported by training and coaching to boost confidence and performance.

We’re looking for ambitious graduates and early career professionals to join a global logistics business as a Graduate Trainee Account Executive based in Rusper, West Sussex.

You don’t need years of sales experience. What’s more important is that you’re a confident communicator, enjoy building relationships and are excited to learn and develop.

You’ll receive structured training and hands on coaching, including an in depth 12 month development programme covering sales strategy, negotiation, customer success and market positioning.

The Role

As a Graduate Trainee Account Executive, you’ll take ownership of the full sales journey. You’ll start conversations with new businesses, understand what they need and build strong, long term relationships with SME customers.

You’ll develop your own pipeline and customer accounts, with the training, tools and support you need to build your confidence and succeed.

You’ll be responsible for:
