Job summary

Radius Limited in Crewe is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Advisor to join our growing sales team. The role focuses on talking with warm customers, validating contract dates, building relationships, and spotting future opportunities as you develop toward a Business Development Executive role.

Qualifications

• Confident, positive communicator with a customer focus.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Organised, self-motivated and goal‑oriented.
• Willingness to learn and take on development opportunities.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Contact warm customers and build positive relationships.
• Explain features and benefits in a simple, customer-focused way.
• Support the wider sales team by identifying qualified opportunities.
• Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for additional orders, referrals and future business.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
