About the role

We are hiring three (3) Junior Technical Support Engineers with salaries ranging from £27,000 to £33,000 per annum, depending on experience and capabilities. The ideal candidate should be a team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and must have good spoken and written English.

The roles involve shift rotations five days out of seven, primarily night and weekend shifts. The position is based at our Enfield Data Centre, with possible visits to other Data Centres.

About you

• Strong desire to learn new technologies
• Basic knowledge of the Internet, networking, TCP/IP protocols and applications
• Ability to troubleshoot simple technical issues effectively with minimal supervision
• Manage and monitor support requests via BE's ticketing system
• Experience with server hardware installation and management is a plus but not essential
• 12-18 months experience in Technical Support or a similar role
• Ability to work well in a busy team, learn quickly, and handle a wide range of issues
• Ability to assess, prioritize, and escalate faults appropriately
