About The Role

We are seeking three (3) Junior Technical Support Engineers, with salaries ranging from GBP27,000 to GBP33,000 per year, depending on experience and capabilities.

The ideal candidates are team players with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and must have good spoken and written English.

The roles involve shift work, primarily night and weekend shifts, based at our Enfield Data Centre, with occasional visits to other Data Centres.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Good communication skills
• Strong desire to learn new technologies
• Basic knowledge of the Internet, networking, TCP/IP protocols, and applications
• Ability to troubleshoot simple technical issues efficiently
• Experience with managing support requests via ticketing systems

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Experience with server hardware installation and management (preferable but not essential)
• 12-18 months experience in technical support or similar roles
• Ability to work well in a busy team, learn quickly, and handle a range of issues
• Ability to prioritize and escalate faults appropriately
